Normally I don’t offer my year-at-a-glance calendar pages as a stand-a-lone because they come in my planners. But since I’ve had so many requests I decided to go ahead and make one for you all.
I created them in both portrait and landscape so they can go with whichever planner you prefer!
I also added some fun features to it so you can plan out your overall homeschool year.
Helpful planning sections include:
Start and End dates
Semester and Quarters
Holidays and Vacations
I also use a highlighter to mark the dates as well so it’s easy for me to see them on the calendar. And yes, I use the same highlighter color as the topic boxes on the form just to make things easier to see.

The Ultimate Quilting & Sewing Project Planner is an 8×10 PDF download including 54 full-color planning pages! Since it’s a PDF, it is also customizable so you can print more or less of the planning pages, making this planner totally customizable and unique to fit your needs!
I have added specific tracking information just for quilters and sewers, along with a sketch area to create your own designs! I also have a ton of handy fabric charts right at your fingertips as well as a dream quilting section where you can keep track of some of your favorite projects.
The Ultimate Cross Stitch Project Planner is an 8×10 PDF download including:
54 full-color planning pages
Helpful Fabric Information Pages
Quilting and Sewing Planning Pages
Dream Quilting/Sewing Project Pages
I also included helpful information for standard pre-cut sizes, helpful cutting tips, standard quit sizes, binding and backing calculators, and yardage information. I’ve also included a dream quilting section where you can list projects you want to keep on your radar for the future.
And of course, the project planning pages are there to help you keep track of project information, supplies, and a sketch area where you can make up your own project, or keep track of changes, fabrics, and more!
Feel free to print as many extra copies of these pages as needed to fit your crafting goals!
Once done printing, you will want to spiral bind your planner. I just took mine to a local office supply store and had them spiral bind it with a clear vinyl cover on the front to help with durability. If you don’t want to spiral bind, you can always use a three-hole punch and add your pages to a 3-ring binder! That way you can easily add pages as you create!
And what would a planner be with out a little encouragement and inspiration along the way? Each section features a fun little quote to help encourage and brighten your day!
And of course I added lots of note taking pages in the back where you can keep track of additional information, inspiration and ideas.

Blank Planner Pages to customize
I suggest printing the planner double sided. Then I take mine to a local office supply store and had it spiral bound. It cost approximately $5.00 for the spiral, plastic cover, and backing. I also suggest printing it on a light weight cardstock or higher quality copy paper for durability and to prevent ink bleeding through the pages.
If your printer doesn’t have double sided printing, you can simply print all of the odd pages, then flip and print the even pages on the back side. Just make sure you’re pages are set up in the right order to print the correct pages on the backsides.
You can even print an extra one for your students if they prefer to work off of their own planner.
I use colorful Frixion erasable pens to start planning! The dates are already dated along the top of each page, all you have to do is fill in the subjects down the left hand column. Next add in your lessons!
I like to use different colored pens for each of my children. As you proceed through your lessons, highlight the completed items so you know that they are finished.
This super fun planner is available right now! And you are more than welcome to print extra copies for yourself or your children, so you do not need to purchase one planner per person. Yay for sharing!
